Rapidly changing weather creates uncertainty for fruit growers in eastern Thailand, affecting cultivation, costs, and production.

The work

ARMOGAN develops automatic weather stations that collect observations every 15 seconds. Local measurements are combined with larger weather models to support hyperlocal forecasting, reports, and alerts for farmers. The station also creates opportunities for young people to engage with science.
