Small Changes
We set out to explore, discover, and develop something with people at its heart. We invite people to take part and bring about small changes that truly matter to them.
Get to know DO IN THAIThe way we work
Start with people.
Make something
that matters.
We listen to people describe the problem they live with, what they have tried and what they want to change.
Then we bring different skills together, try something small, and use what we learn to improve what we make.

Our perspective
Technology is most useful
when it understands people.
A grower needs information in time to decide. A patient needs a way to describe pain that changes each day. These details help us understand what to build and whether it will be useful in the lives people actually have.
People first
We listen to what matters to people, what they have tried, and what else they need to take care of. They should help decide what happens next and be able to tell us when an idea does not fit.
Technology with purpose
We choose tools as we come to understand the problem. It might take a digital service, a device, or a better way to share existing information. We also consider who will use it and what looking after it will ask of them.
Impact in the real world
Does the work help someone decide, describe what they are experiencing, or continue with something that matters to them? We listen to what still gets in the way and use it to work out what to change or try next.
