Where we began

When we are busy trying to move faster and achieve more, it is easy to stop asking where the organisation is going and why. This was a question for our own work too. We wanted to look again at the balance between what we hoped to achieve, how we went about it, and the social purpose that made us want to run the business.

How we approached it

Through Por Laew Dee The Creator, DO IN THAI explored the sufficiency economy philosophy within our own organisation. We practised considering moderation and balance alongside the direction we wanted to take. This meant reflecting on business decisions in relation to clearer social goals. The work here was a process of learning about how we run the company, and how the choices we make can stay connected to the reasons we began.
